I am looking for a non-smoking, drug free flatmate (m/f) for my amazing historical 195m2 canal house in the very center of Amsterdam (Oudeschans).
I am the only other occupant, I have travelled extensively and lived in Asia and I study and write about Asian and Persian art and culture as a hobby. I rent out the room in part to get a cultural exchange experience, I have a preference for non-European tenants.
Rent price is EUR 800 and includes all utilities, wifi and even a cleaning lady! Registration is possible. There is a one month deposit.
