We're a expats gay couple living in Amsterdam (with our 2 dogs).
We have a private room available in our house in the Jordaan area (close to Amsterdam Centraal and city center). Despite was fully renovated and has all the services, it is a typical dutch ancient house. The kitchen (+toilet) is in the ground floor, the laundry /dryer /iron / store are in the basement. In the first floor we found the private room, that includes a sink (and probably in the future a shower) and an open studio.
2nd floor is our studio and 3rd floor the bedroom and the shared bathroom.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, next to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and also an important food market every saturday.
The house have most of the amenities and services: complete kitchen with a private fridge, dishwasher, laundry + dryer, central heating, wifi (ziggo) maximum speed,... that are not included in the price.
Smoking is allowed.
The room is available immediately and to schedule a viewing please contact to the email, and we will manage it.
We mainly ask for gay people but no problem with LGBT-friendly people. It is also very important you like dogs (and don't be allergic to them).
