I have 1 Room avaliable in a quiet neighborhood in Noord Amsterdam.
The room is 8m2 with access to the balcony where smoking is allowed. The room is rented without furniture(except for a closet which you can use) There is a possibility to rent it furnished as well. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony are shared areas.
The zone is well connected with public transport, around 30 minutes by bus or ferry to Centraal Station. There are supermarkets close to the house (Plus and Lidl) and free parking in front of the place. This room can be rented for 5 months (until November) with the possibility of extend the rent atleast one more month. 600€ incl. Because of the new contract I am signing the Landlord requests the 1st rent before the 15th.
