SHU-HAN zoekt: Een Appartement / Studio in Amsterdam

I am Deramo from Taiwan, 35 years old (I know it is a weird name, cuz I created it myself XD, I wanted a name with an Italian pronunciation and easy to sign, so that's how it came. Here is a super funny thing: there is an Italian guy who messaged me on Instagram if he could buy the registered username because Deramo is his real name, not a nickname. Unfortunately, he got my rejection..., I love my name so much. but I still wanted to make friends with him, so I sent an international postcard from Taiwan to Italy.)
Now, I am living in Amsterdam with my husband :)

My husband "Dason" (He also created the name, he said he is a child of David and Jason. hahaha), aged 33, from Shanghai. Currently, he is studying for a Master's degree in Media and Culture at the Vrij University. We first met when I was an exchange student in Shanghai. After 8 years, we became a couple in 2020 and got married in 2023.

In the middle of 2023, we decided to have a new chapter in the Netherlands. Both of us are adventurous souls who enjoy exploring new experiences, which led us to leave our 30-year life in Asia behind. We aspire to immerse ourselves in Europe, especially the Netherlands, to understand its local culture, history, humanities, art, etc. We believe this journey will bring about many interesting encounters and experiences.

【What we have for Financial Capability】

1. Enough savings for at least 2 years to live in the Netherlands
2. Own 2 apartments and one of its generates rental income in Shanghai

Before coming to the Netherlands, we each had nearly 12 years of work experience in Shanghai and owned 2 real estate properties (we can provide both relevant proofs). This demonstrates our financial capability to afford future rent payments. And we also prepared a parental guarantee. If both parties are satisfied and after signing the contract, we are willing to pay the rent for 3~6 months in advance.

* Dason - Experience in commercial advertising, works include Timberland, Helena Rubinstein, Lancome, Kiehl's, Audi, Durex, and more. (sometimes work as a freelancer and take on projects currently.) High possibility of working in a music production company after graduating in the middle of 2024.
* Deramo - Years of marketing work experience, previously served at ECCO (shoe company from Denmark) before coming to the Netherlands. Currently applying for a GVVA work permit with my employer and the IND.

【Assurances】
As a mature and responsible couple, we neither smoke nor do drugs, and we don’t have pets as well. Due to my sensitivity and allergies, we strive to maintain cleanliness in our living space, contributing to a more comfortable home environment.

【Requirements】
We would like to view the property in person.
Is registering possible for 2 (a married couple), and the ability to reside continuously.

Interests:
* Dason - Learning Dutch, Basketball, movies, reading (especially Haruki Murakami).
* Deramo - Learning Dutch, Knitting (Bottle bag, phone bag, handbag, hair band), socializing, chocolate, Frida Kahlo, learning how to cook (Dason is a super great chef, but he is so busy with his studies, so let me do it, which also helps me become a better wife ;D)

* Dason - 185cm (Capable of integrating well into Dutch life.)
* Deramo - 155cm (30cm difference is not a problem for us)

We both currently hold valid residence permits in the Netherlands and even possess Dutch driver's licenses.
