Hello!
My name is Alice Galeano, I'm 22 (turning 23 in February), I'm from Italy and I'm currently studying Architecture in Ferrara. I'm texting you cause I saw your post on Facebook about the room you're renting and I'm really interested! I will be starting an internship in February at the city of Amsterdam.
I would like to start the rent the first of February, but I can also do the 15th of January if necessary, the only issue would be that I won't be in Amsterdam since I'll have to attend exams here in Italy.
I would also like to add that I'm a really clean and tidy girl and I'm really open to build new friendships but also respect personal space. I never had problems related to being loud or of disturbance to the building where I've been living since my first year of university, and I'm already used to living with other working girls and students as well. I also can provide a reference letter from my landlord.
The only issue would be that I would have to send a friend to visit the house since I can't come to Amsterdam before the end of January.
