Rebecca zoekt: Een Woonboot in Amsterdam

I am an Australia Expat, head of research at a music company. I have been living in Amsterdam for last 23months on a houseboat and I love it… so much so I am saving for my own one day… in the meantime I am looking for my next rental as my landlord wants to take back residence at the end of my 2 year lease.
I am looking for my next home and it’s just gotta be another boat.

I have previously owned an inner city terrace in a sort after location in Sydney at 75 Booth St Annandale. I renovated my home with my partner at the time; we then rented this out as an investment.

The reason this is important to you is that I understand the nervousness of finding a new tenant, particularly something a little specialised like a houseboat - hoping and trusting that they will look after your property.
